When one Australian homeowner found this "handwritten" note posted through his door by a real estate agency, he thought there might be a buyer interested in his house. However, on closer inspection he noticed something unusual - it wasn't handwritten at all, but a carefully printed mass-produced advertisement, designed to give it a personal touch but actually put into the letterboxes of many Hurstville, Sydney, homes.
