Composed of IEEE 1588-compliant protocol stack software and IDT Synchronization Management Unit chips, 82P339xx-1 Series delivers complete telecom network synchronization solution for IEEE 1588 and synchronous Ethernet. SMUs automatically filter IEEE 1588 phase/time information and combine it with physical layer frequency information in accordance with ITU-T G.8273.2 to generate accurate, stable, and low-jitter clocks. Applications include base stations, access equipment, routers, and servers.
