Leslie Cantu/Journal Scene People were lined up at 8 a.m. Wednesday to get into the new Harris Teeter. 'Welcome home to your Harris Teeter,' boomed Jeff Deponte over and over Wednesday morning as shoppers streamed into the brand-new store at Bacons Bridge and Trolley roads.
