Harsco Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per share, or $0.82 per share on an annualized basis, payable November 16, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 15, 2015. Harsco provides engineered products and services to industries that are fundamental to worldwide economic growth, including steel and metals production, energy and railways.
