Hathway selects STMicroelectronics to power its HD set-top boxes

STMicroelectronics (NYSE:STM) has announced that Hathway has chosen ST's STiH273 (Palma) for its newest HD entry-level set-top box and the STi7141 forms the heart of a new-generation interactive, Multi-Tuner HD DVR set-top box.
