Hawaii's environmental court begins Wednesday

Hawaii will become only the second state in the nation to have a court dedicated exclusively to environmental issues once a new environmental court launches on Wednesday. The new court was created last year by the state Legislature and promises to handle cases that deal with Hawaii's extensive environmental laws in a timelier manner.
