A vacancy for a Head of CADM and PLMConnect Deployment Earth Observation, Navigation and Science UK has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Stevenage. You will be the Group leader for Configuration Management and documentation office activities in ENS in the UK. You will represent ENS UK CADM at all higher levels of activity. Act in the role of TDM key user. You will be PLMConnect local deployment leader for ENS UK. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include To be responsible for leading the configuration team in an administrative and functional capacity, produce regular KPIs to measure its performance, and cost its workload. To identify and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools in a transnational context. To be the standard bearer for process, implementation and best practise in line with initiatives at group level, division level and local level. To organise workload with respect to project requirements. To act in the role of TDM key user. To engage with and deliver PLMConnect local deployment for ENS UK with measured recurring savings improvement outcomes. This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Specialist knowledge of Configuration Management tools and methodology, company standards and processes. Experience in PDM and PLM execution in an Engineering environment including Windchill solutions. Understanding of ECSSMST40C Space standards. Thorough understanding and knowledge of TeamCenter. Experience dealing with requirements. Knowledge of Earth Observation, Navigation and Science project needs. Experience of team leadership including conflict resolution, priority setting, and some HR interaction. Desirable CMII qualification Transverse industrial knowledge RM, ERP Understanding of EADSCDS001. Process improvement focus. Proactive with ability to communicate at all levels.
