AIM HIGH! Join our team as a motivated Head of the manufacturing and test division fm. You take responsibility for the future direction of our manufacturing and test division where your strategic and management skills are required. You guide your employees in the basic manufacturing PCB, electroplating, hybrid, the component manufacturing assembly including acceptance tests and set the direction in order to ensure the optimal implementation of customer requirements. You find ways to optimize technologies and products and improve the cost structure and quality. You plan all your resources and take the leadership in order to control, motivate and encourage your team members effectively. You will successfully overcome this challenge if you have completed your electrical or telecommunications engineering degree and already have several years work experience in the development and manufacturing of an industrial company. You should have already had practical insights into the aerospace industry and ideally have knowledge of Lean Production. Besides your management skills, you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, you are communicative and as well as assertive. Finally, you must be in command of the German as well as the English language.
