It employs some 40,000 employees generating revenues of approximately 14 billion per year. A vacancy for a Head of Facilities Management has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Stevenage. You will lead the site Facilities Management organisation and ensure that the Facilities Management services are delivered OTOCOQ in compliance with the national and local legal requirements as well as Group and sites requirements. You will ensure the daytoday business in the whole perimeter of FM services TFS, soft services and all construction projects including adaptation, modification and rebuilding. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Lead the FM site organization to deliver in compliance with legal and statutory requirements and hold local FM budget responsibility, 15 20M Be the local interface to Site Management, operational procurement, and specific project owners Ensure continuous operation of the facilities by provision of utilities, facility maintenance and facility services based on agreed service levels Ensure service provision of agreed soft services eg. cleaning, catering, ... and local operational security Steer, coordinate and monitor FM suppliers Ensure local Risk Opportunity Management for all projects and services Contribute as member of the site steering committee to site decision process with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Site Contribute to the site evolution scheme from MASTER planning 3 7 yr planning to project execution Contribute to standardization opportunities, adapting supplier base, harmonization and continuous improvement Drive ecoefficiency initiatives jointly with major stakeholders on the site Manage space allocation on site Ensure supply and disposal of the sites utilities e.g. energy, waste.... We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Extensive operational experience in an IndustrialEngineeringoperational management role Proven direct experience in Facilities Management, Capital Project Planning and Implementation Management of critical operational and industrial infrastructure Experience in Site Stakeholder Management users, customers, procurement, contract partners, local community Building Management, and statutory requirements Water Treatment, Fire Safety, Civil Works Infrastructure project oversight, inc local authority requirements, stakeholder requirement definition Industrial and building Compliance Area and space Management, real estate, lease contract management Facilities Maintenance and Operational Planning Facility Risk Management Energy management, strategy and planning, compliance FM performance management Soft Services Requirements Management and Performance Management Hard Services Requirements Management and Performance Management.
