It employs some 40,000 employees generating revenues of approximately 14 billion per year. A vacancy for a Head of Processes, Methods Tools Digital Continuity has arisen within Airbus Defence Space. This role can be based either in Stevenage or Portsmouth. You will be Responsible to drive the Digital Transformation through Space System. The successful applicant will join the System Engineering Support Digital Transformation Division. Your main tasks and responsibilities of the team will include in a European Context Drive the digitalization ambition for Space Systems. Supervision of and contribution to the End to End Project Lifecycle Management Project. Develop Digital EngineeringModelBased System Engineering methodologies and manage the associated projects. Manage the implementation of Product Security for Space Systems. Act as process owner for the BMS Develop process. Act as IM demand manager for Space Systems. Provide governance for all disciplines and overall PMT integration into the Division. Define and implement efficient Systems Engineering Processes, Methods and Tools PMT for the complete project life cycle. The job holder is expected to liaise with all Program Lines, Quality, MAIT and Engineering within space Systems. Furthermore a close cooperation with multiple partners with the Airbus Group is required. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Degree level in ITInformation Systems with strong experience within the SpaceAerospace industry. Strong experience in Network Infrastructure, Product Security, Cybersecurity. Experience in Project Management and Team Management. Experience of Infrastructure and Processes Development with respect to huge infrastructure, integration of disciplines along the life cycle PDM, PLM tools. Enthusiasm towards Digitalisation.
