Healey plans to fight opiate epidemic may not be funded.

The Boston Globe reported this week that Healy has embarked on an official inquiry into the rise in price of the drug Naloxone, the proven effective antidote to opiate overdoses. Marketed under the commercial name "Narcan", administration of this drug has been credited with saving hundreds of lives in Massachusetts over the past few years.
