Hearing planned on mine's water discharge permit

State regulators will answer questions from the public about a proposed surface water discharge permit for the Eagle Mine and Humboldt Mill in the Upper Peninsula. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality is conducting a public hearing on the permit Saturday.
