Pittsburgh food company H.J. Heinz has a five-year deal to be the exclusive supplier of ketchup, mustard, relish and mayonnaise for Sandusky, Ohio-based Cedar Fair Entertainment Co., which operates 11 amusement parks including Cedar Point in Sandusky. A request by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's bureau of investigation and enforcement to subpoena Uber CEO Travis Kalanick and compel him to testify about aspects of the company's activity in Pennsylvania has been denied by two administrative law judges.
