Helen of Troy's headquarters will remain in El Paso even though its new CEO keeps his home in the Boston area, the company's new leader said. Julien Mininberg has repeatedly reassured El Paso's movers and shakers in his 18 months as Helen of Troy's chief executive officer that even though he's not moved his family home to El Paso, he and the company's board have no plans to move Helen of Troy's headquarters out of El Paso.
