Hello Micron Management, Please Issue More Debt

It's approaching the time of now or never on issuing a large amount of debt in order to initiate a large buyback for Micron. There are other possibilities of what Micron could do by issuing debt now including building a new fab, acquiring smaller competitors and/or buying a stake in Intel's unused fab.
