Exhibiting stability in high-temperature, humid, and ambient atmosphere environments, THH 230°C Hermetic Series comes in ceramic package, has minimum lifetime of 1,000 hr, and operate from -55 to +230°C. There are 2 available cases and as many termination options: nickel-plated J-lead or gold under-tab. Impervious to capacitance drop during high-temperature operation, capacitors offer voltage range of 10–63 Vdc, capacitance tolerance of ±20%, and leakage current of 0.01 CV.
