Hermiston Food Processing Plant Pays $1,500 Fine For Unpermitted...

Shearer's Foods Inc., the owner of a potato chip and snack food processing plant at 78035 Highway 207 near Hermiston, has paid a $1,500 Oregon Department of Environmental Quality penalty for discharging wastewater from the plant into the Umatilla River last October.
