Wi-Fi® and NFC™ compactible Cyber-shot RX100 IV and RX10 II feature 1.0 type stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor with DRAM memory chip. Signal processing and DRAM permit accelerated readout of image data and enable such features as 40x super slow motion video capture from 240–960 fps and 60p/30p/24p playback formats, Anti-Distortion Shutter with max speed of 1/32000 sec, and 4K movie shooting. XAVC S codec records video at 100 Mbps during 4K recording and 50 Mbps during full HD shooting.
