Supplied in 0603 (1608 metric) M case with 0.9 mm max profile, F38 Series is constructed from conductive polymer tantalum materials and features face down terminals that help minimize ESL and promote capacitance. These lead-free compatible, RoHS-compliant products carry 6.3 V and 47 µF ratings, are resistant to ignition, and support use from -55 to +105°C. Suitable applications include power supply circuits of small electronics.
