Intended for multiplex assays, acumen® hci can image and analyze whole wells of 96- to 1,536-well plates within 8 min at 0.5 µm/pixel resolution. Open-source image format lets users analyze images via existing analysis software, and up to 3 lasers facilitate multiplexing using range of fluorescent dyes; 561 nm laser option promotes dye compatibility. System incorporates cellista software and is also compatible with microscope slides using widefield objective.
