Supplied in 2.54SOP6 package, TLP3107 consists of photo MOSFET optically coupled to IR LED. On-state resistance of 0.04 &Omega; typ (0.07&Omega; max) and permissible on-state current (3.3 A max) make this normally off (1-Form-A) photorelay suited to testing applications, including power-line switching, feedback resistance switching and measuring-line switching.
