Combining 16 digital channels of flexible mixed signal capabilities with HD4096 high definition technology, HDO4000-MS and HDO6000-MS feature ERES filtering, 12.1 in. touchscreen, debug tools, automatic measurements, and waveform math capabilities. Bandwidths, depending on model, range from 200 MHz to 1 GHz. While HDO4000-MS has 2.5 GSps sample rate with up to 25 Mpts/channel of memory (50 Mpts/ch interleaved), HDO6000-MS offers 2.5 GSps and 250 Mpts/channel (max) memory.
