With material contact surfaces of 316 stainless steel, HIM-306-SS imparts shear required for blending, homogenizing, de-dusting, and/or de-agglomerating diverse materials. Homogeneous blends can be achieved in as little as 20 sec residence time, depending on material characteristics, yielding up to 1,500 ft³ throughput per hour. Fitted with coated, hardened stainless steel paddles, agitator is driven by 50 hp motor and rotates at variable speeds from 120–600 rpm.<br />
