High-power, high-brightness laser diodes, suited for laser system manufacturers targeting industrial, semiconductor, automotive, and materials processing markets, enable multi-kilowatt direct diode systems. Available over 800–1,070 nm wavelength range, mounted bar products enable scaling of system power up to 15 kW. Within 910–1,070 nm range, there are 7 standard wavelength windows with up to 200 W on microchannel cooler and up to 120 W on Oclaro BLM passive mini-cooler.
