This high-power solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) differentiates itself from other outdoor HPAs because it doesn’t require an equipment shelter – thus simplifying installation logistics and reducing overall deployment costs of the system. Because of its modular N+1 soft-fail, phase combined system, it automatically adjusts to maintain consistent output power without the need for mechanical switching, (even with the loss of an RF module) making it ideal for applications that require high levels of redundant power at the antenna.
