Designed using advanced silicon technology, Models PTVS6-058C-TH and PTVS6-076C-TH feature standoff voltages of 58 V and 76 V, respectively. Both RoHS-compliant devices provide peak pulse current rating of 6 kA, delivering bidirectional port protection that meets IEC 61000-4-5 8/20 µs current surge requirements. Typical maximum surge current at 150°C is 75% of rated value at 25°C.
