With frequencies from DC to 8 GHz, SPDT SMT electromechanical RF switches offer high-reliability performance with rating of 2 million life cycles (minimum). Models are RoHS compliant and incorporate either failsafe or latching actuators. Performance over -40 to +85°C range includes 400 W max CW power rating, isolation up to 50 dB, and insertion loss as low as 0.1 dB. Also, products withstand exposure to MIL-STD-202 test conditions for sine and random vibration as well as mechanical shock.
