Featuring brushless, direct drives on all axes that provide feed rates up to 866 ipm, MLCube machines metals and engineered plastics. Machine be configured with 1.8 kW, 48,000 rpm spindle; 2 kW 60,000 rpm, liquid-chilled spindle; and 3 kW, 40,000 rpm, liquid-chilled spindle. HSK-E 25 tool holders, available with 1.8 kW and 3 kW spindles, offer additional precision and less than 1 micron run out. Added functionality such as palletized work-holding and advanced probing is available.
