Comprising NP0, X7R, X8R, and X8L dielectrics, APS Series satisfies commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) application CV demands and PCB space requirements. Series covers 6 case sizes from 0603–2220, 6 voltages from 16–500 V, and capacitance from 10 pF to 22 µF. Available capacitance tolerances are ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%, and termination options are plated NiSn, 5% minimum lead, Flexiterm® (X7R only), and Flexiterm with 5% min lead. MLCCs exhibit ultralow field failure rate of <1 ppb.
