Offering local and remote control capabilities via front panel and analog interface, 4 kW STA Series includes units with positive or negative polarities and outputs from 1–70 kV. Ethernet and RS-232 digital interfaces facilitate system integration, while GUI allows configuration of operational features. IGBT inverter, included, is inherently fault tolerant and suited for such applications as semiconductor processing and vacuum deposition.
