The rich list is dominated by south-west London Commons seats, with Zac Goldsmith's Richmond Park and north Kingston constituency - including Richmond, Barnes, Mortlake, Ham and Kew - deemed the highest earners. The average household income was A 58,400 - 38 per cent more than the national average of A 36,000, according to the Wealth of the Nation report compiled by consumer intelligence company CACI.
