High winds whip across W. Oregon, downing trees and power lines

Strong winds damaged trees and knocked out power across Western Oregon on Saturday, after the National Weather Service issued a high wind warning for the weekend. The storm is bringing strong winds from the south with gusts up to 50 or 60 miles-per-hour in the Willamette Valley.
