Energy Live: Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has promised to increase the rollout of renewables on public lands. Writing in Californian newspaper Mercury News, Ms Clinton pledged to increase the amount of green energy generated on public lands and offshore waters by tenfold within a decade.
