Hillary Clinton says she opposes the Keystone Pipeline

Hillary Clinton announced her opposition to the construction of the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline on Tuesday during a campaign event in Iowa. As Secretary of State, Clinton had overseen the review process to determine whether to grant a permit to TransCanada, the company seeking to build the pipeline, since the pipeline would cross the U.S.-Canadian border.
