Hillsborough sued over wireless facility permits

Hillsborough and its City Council are being sued by a telephone company after its recent passage of an urgency ordinance that puts a temporary moratorium on the issuance of "wireless communications facility permits," according to a claim filed in San Mateo County Superior Court by Newpath Networks and Crown Castle West.
