Hillshire Brands completes sale of bakery unit Kitchens of Sara Lee

US food company Hillshire Brands has completed the sale of its Australian frozen bakery business, Kitchens of Sara Lee (KOSL), to McCain Foods (Aust) for A$82m ($85m).
