Spindle carriage provides 28.5 in. stroke and up to 250 ipm stroking speed. Using series of progressively larger superabrasive tools adjusted to pre-set diameter, High-Precision Single Stroke Honing® process produces <2 micron cylindricity in bores up to 10x longer than diameter.
