ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Horton, Inc. broke ground for expansion of its Roseville corporate office and technology center on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The construction, managed by Bauer Design Build, will expand the office and the Hugh K. Schilling Technology Center by 50 percent.
