Housing market's 'high risk' in Winnipeg puzzles local real estate agents

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation says Winnipeg, Regina and Toronto are at "high risk" of a housing correction for a variety of factors, including overvaluation and overbuilding. Winnipeg real estate agents say they don't see the local market the same way as the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, which is warning of a slowdown in the city.
