At her regularly scheduled press conference following the City Council meeting Wednesday Oct 9, Mayor Annise Parker was joined by Solid Waste Management Department Director Harry Hayes, the Presidents of CompuCYCLE and Greenspot, and respresentatives of 3 Man Movers to announce a more comprehensive electronic scrap management program.
