BusinessGreen: Wales is making "good progress" towards its goal of delivering three per cent year-on-year greenhouse gas emission reductions, according to a new report from the UK's independent Committee on Climate Change (CCC). The report, which was commissioned by the Welsh Assembly government, praised the country's emission reduction efforts and its climate adaptation plans, despite concluding that emissions rose in 2010 due to a unseasonably cold winter.
