Howard Hughes plans retail spaces planned below Honolulu's Ward Theaters

The Howard Hughes Corp. is planning to build out three retail spaces on the ground floor of its Consolidated Theatres Ward 16, the senior general manager of the Texas-based developer's Ward Village Shops said. The retail spaces, which would likely be leased to service retailers, would face the developer's Aeo mixed-use residential high-rise that includes Hawaii's flagship Whole Foods Market.
