China's Huawei Technologies Co. added its name to an increasingly crowded field of smartwatch makers, just weeks ahead of Apple Inc. In a presentation Sunday, Richard Yu, the head of Huawei's consumer division, offered unflattering reviews of the existing smartwatches from Samsung Electronics Co.
