Made of 100% quartz crystal, XRCHA Series features frequency precision of ±250 ppm, nominal operating frequencies from 12–24 MHz, and operating temperature of -40 to +125°C. Supplied in 2520 package measuring 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm, resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS-compliant.
