With scalable platen, Hydroforming Machine can create 4 ft long, 6 in. ID hydroformed bellows with 2B finish, ready for UHV and semiconductor applications. Process water is deionized and reverse osmosis is controlled. End configurations can be designed and prebuilt into tooling to create bellows with choice of weld free end geometry assemblies.
