Offered in commercial and industrial operating temperature versions, SCH322X Super I/O series meets industrial and embedded computing designer needs. Each model contains different feature set, combining serial ports, parallel port, and PS/2 with flexible GPIO capability as well as temperature and voltage monitoring. Designed to operate with x86 architecture, series also incorporates hardware monitoring and optional keyboard controller. WFBGA packages range from 6 x 6 mm to 9 x 9 mm.
