EDITORIAL : At the considerable risk of sounding spluttery, let's welcome the prospect that a prolonged piece of pitiful policing looks set to come to an end in Invercargill. This following a deal between the NZ Transport Agency and the Invercargill City Council over the problem of roadside car sellers who have been parking up in Tay St to the irritation of moteliers and licensed car salesmen and the council itself.
