Job description For our customer, ESAESTEC, we are seeking to recruit an experienced ICT Support Technician to work at ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Responsibilities You will be assigned to ESAESTECs Corporate Business Process Management Office within the Directorate of Internal Services. Reporting to the Corporate Business Process Manager, the ICT Technician is involved in the corporate supervision of IT related corporate processes. Heshe will support IT corporate processes evolution and rationalisation. In particular, the postholder will carry out the following specific duties Administration of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM processes for all corporate devices Contributing to improve SCCM processes to comply with corporate policies Contribute to the improvement of other corporate tools e.g. Identity Management, Active Directory Support the analysis of the corporate ticketing system to identify areas of improvement. This is a full time position located at ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The requested start of work is October 2017. Qualifications Competencies The successful candidate will have A Bachelors level Degree in Information Technology or equivalent diploma from a recognised institution A broad knowledge of IT service management principles Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional working experience Knowledge of ESA IT policies and regulations is highly desirable A proven capability of performing tasks in a fully autonomous way An aptitude for effective communication and collaboration in an international and challenging environment Proven team management experience is considered an asset Proven SCCM working experience is considered an asset. Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an asset. What can Terma Offer?
