Netherlands-based manufacturer of dredging vessels, IHC Merwede, has signed two new engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts with Japanese general contractor MODEC and Brazilian shipbuilding firm Estaleiro Enseada do Paraguaçu (EEP).
