ANADIGICS , Inc. , a world leader in radio frequency solutions , today announced the successful completion of the tender offer by a wholly-owned acquisition subsidiary of II-VI Incorporated for all outstanding shares of common stock of ANADIGICS for $0.85 per share in cash . The Offer and withdrawal rights expired at 11:59 P.M. on March 11, 2016.
